Under the leadership of Sheriff John T. Parla Parker, Public Information Officer, brings over twenty years of experience in strategic communication to her role. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, she oversees the office's strategic communications and manages the Recruiting Unit. Her expertise in marketing, branding, public relations, and strategic communication is instrumental in upholding the reputation of the Sheriff's Office. Serving as a liaison for both internal and external communications, Parla Parker has been with the Sheriff's Office since 2019, offering well-rounded experience to her position.

Brianna Jones, Public Information Assistant, specializes in content development, social media management, event planning, and coordination. A graduate of Florida A&M University, Brianna joined the Sheriff's Office in 2022. Her dynamic approach and fresh perspective greatly enhance the office's outreach and engagement efforts. With her keen eye for detail and innovative thinking, Brianna plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand of the Sheriff's Office. Her ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences has made her an invaluable asset to the team.
